This static website has no contact forms. If you email hello@langmod.io, we process your email address and the information you provide to answer your enquiry, assess a project or collaboration, prepare a quote and manage the resulting professional relationship. Technical information, such as IP addresses, timestamps and requested resources, may be processed to operate and protect the website.

Legal basis

We process project and collaboration enquiries to take pre-contractual steps at your request and, where applicable, to perform a contract. We rely on legitimate interests to manage other professional communications and protect the website, and on legal obligations where required.

Retention

Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for no more than 12 months. If a contract is agreed, information is retained during the relationship and for the applicable tax, accounting and liability periods.

This website is hosted by Hostinger. Hostinger and necessary email providers may process data on our behalf for hosting, communications, security and service operation. Information may also be disclosed to authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.

External services and international transfers

The website serves its fonts, images and icons from its own hosting. It does not load Google Fonts, analytics or advertising services. Any processing outside the European Economic Area is subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR.
